Searchable is a keyword-focused content audit tool. When you use the service, we collect the information needed to authenticate you, run website crawls, store audit results, and communicate with you about your account.

We host the application and database on Lovable Cloud, which is built on Supabase infrastructure. Lovable Cloud provides the underlying authentication, database, and storage services, but the data practices described on this page are the responsibility of Searchable.

• Account information: email address, password hash, and optional Google account profile data when you sign in with Google.
• Usage data: websites you audit, target keywords, crawl results, generated drafts, and actions you take inside the application.
• Technical data: browser type, IP address, and error logs used for debugging and abuse prevention.
• Payment and plan data: subscription status and usage limits managed through your account settings.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Searchable service.
• To run website crawls against the URLs and keywords you provide.
• To generate content recommendations, drafts, and audit reports.
• To send account-related emails such as sign-up confirmations, password resets, and plan notifications.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.

We process your information where necessary to perform our contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and where you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with subprocessors that help us deliver the service:

• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — authentication, database, and storage.
• Google — optional sign-in and Google Drive export features.
• Browserless — rendering pages during crawls when server-side fetch is insufficient.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep your account and audit data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects, drafts, and audits from within the application. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it longer by law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. You can manage much of this directly in your account settings. For other requests, contact us at the email below.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, row-level security in the database, and secret management for API keys. No service is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep your account credentials confidential.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we collect is used only to understand product usage and improve the service.

Searchable is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
