Searchable provides keyword-focused website content auditing, including crawling, scoring, and content recommendations. Features and availability may change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular result, ranking improvement, or business outcome will be achieved by using the service.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

You agree not to use Searchable to:

• Crawl, scan, or audit websites you do not have permission to analyze.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or abusive content.

Searchable offers free and paid plans. Plan limits, features, and pricing are described in the application. Paid subscriptions may be billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing or plan terms with reasonable notice.

Searchable and its underlying code, design, and branding are owned by Haas Marketing. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription term.

You are responsible for the URLs, keywords, and other content you submit. By submitting a URL for crawling, you represent that you have the right to analyze that website. Crawl results and generated drafts are provided for your internal use.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haas Marketing and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haas Marketing and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Haas Marketing operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
